WE’RE LIVING THE DREAM!. All our adult lives we dreamed of living by the ocean. We were introduced to the St. George Plantation in 1992, bought land here in 93, completed building our home in 94, and have lived full-time here since. St. George Island is a great place to escape the stresses of the big city (we moved here from Los Angeles). We give St. George Island an unqualified 10 for relaxation, pleasure, recreation and a successful second career in real estate!
We are experienced Realtors, both for listing and sales, with over $160,000,000 in sales production and over 360 transactions sides since January 1995. We have specialized in St. George Island, and particularly St. George Plantation listings and sales, and have made many friends through our buyers and sellers.
We are full-service Realtors, taking each transaction from listing contract to delivery of the check after the sale.
- For our listing customers, we advertise the property through numerous online websites, including Weichert REALTOR’s national website, Weichert REALTOR’s Anchor’s website, this website and others. During a sale, we insure that the closing goes smoothly by scheduling all aspects of the closing and interfacing with all parties to the closing.
- If we have the selling side we interface with lending agencies, appraisers, surveyors, 1031 exchange agencies, building and termite inspectors, contractors for required repairs, closing agents, other Realtors in the transaction, and of course the customers.
- We frequently find the buyer for our own listings, and we diligently and scrupulously serve both customers until the contract closing is complete and the seller has the check and the buyer has the purchased property.
